International orders add an additional $8.00-$33.00 depending on package size. All packages must be insured.
Return policy
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the merchandise by e-mail or phone. At this time you will receive an authorization number. If the merchandise is returned in undamaged condition and still in the original box, a credit will be issued. Credit is in the form of an exchange or store credit only. Postage is not included in the credit. No credits will be given without an authorization number.
Damaged Items
All items are insured. Please contact us within 4 days of receiving a damaged item. If the item was sent USPS, you must file a claim with the post office to receive your money back. Please contact us to receive instructions.
UPS has a damage policy. Please contact us if your item was shipped UPS to receive instructions.
To replace the damaged item it must be reordered from our website.
